Thomas was born in Boston, MA. He relocated to Florida before finding home in Los Angeles, CA as a resident the past 25 years living in different areas, including Mar Vista, Westwood, Brentwood, Culver City, Palms, Encino, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, and Chatsworth. Thomas has extensive knowledge of West LA and San Fernando Valley neighborhoods and is very familar with Greater Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Thomas first ventured into the mortgage and real estate industry in 2004 at the age of 17 while still in High School. He has been a top-producing Agent/MLO at every firm he’s been employed with. The teams Thomas led have received awards such as top 1% originator, fastest-growing loan officer, highest volume, and top producer. In his free time, he’s active in the MMA community and has trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2010. He created a charity fund to sponsor mixed martial artists that helps them to compete on amateur and semi-pro level where they otherwise could not due to financial hardship.
